Privacy Policy

This Policy describes how the personal data of visitors and users of the mihi.maryauna.com website and the mihi service is processed. It is prepared in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

What data we collect

• On registration and account use: your email address, display name, chosen interface language, and a password — stored only as a secure hash; we never see it in plain text.
• On sign-in and for security: session data — your IP address and browser/device details (user-agent).
• Service usage data: the skills you create, your time records (session durations and dates), and in-app service notifications (about milestones reached and account security). This is the content of your account.
• Cookies and analytics: when you visit the site — anonymized identifiers (cookies) and technical data (IP, on-page actions) via Yandex Metrica. More in the Cookie Policy.

We do not collect phone numbers or payment data, and we do not request file uploads. Special categories of personal data are not processed.

Purposes of processing

• providing and running the service — keeping the record of the time you invest in yourself;
• registration, sign-in, and protecting your account from unauthorized access;
• sending account service emails (email confirmation, password reset);
• understanding site traffic and improving the pages (anonymized analytics).

Legal bases

We process data on the basis of your consent (given at registration — see the “Consent” section below), to perform the Terms of Use, and in the operator's legitimate interests (service security and anonymized web analytics).

Who data is shared with

We do not sell personal data. To run the service, data is processed by engaged service providers:

• Hosting — servers located in the Russian Federation;
• Web analytics — Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC), servers in the Russian Federation;
• Service-email delivery — an email-sending service (only the address and the account email text are passed to it).

Retention

Account data is kept for as long as the account exists and your consent is in effect. When an account is deleted, the data associated with it is deleted. Anonymized analytics data (Yandex Metrica cookies) is kept for a limited period — up to about one year.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, and withdraw your consent. You can exercise these rights in two ways: delete your account in the service settings (the associated data will be deleted), or write to hello@mihi.maryauna.com.

Cookies and analytics

Consent to the processing of personal data

By registering for the service, you give the operator — the owner of mihi.maryauna.com — consent to process the personal data listed above for the stated purposes. Processing means the collection, recording, systematization, storage, use, and deletion of data. Consent is valid until withdrawn. You can withdraw consent by deleting your account or writing to hello@mihi.maryauna.com.

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
