These Terms govern the use of the mihi service (the mihi.maryauna.com website and the app). By using the service, you accept these terms. The service operator is the owner of mihi.maryauna.com (a private individual); contact: hello@mihi.maryauna.com.

Subject

mihi is a calm tracker for the quality time you invest in becoming yourself. The service lets you keep skills and accumulate practice hours; the time only ever adds up and never resets. The service is provided free of charge.

Registration and account

• an account (email and password) is required to access personal features;
• by registering, you confirm your agreement with these Terms and the Privacy Policy;
• you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken under your account.

Rights and obligations

• you use the service in good faith and do not attempt to disrupt its operation or security;
• the content you add (skills, time records) belongs to you;
• the mihi name and design belong to the operator;
• the operator may restrict access in the event of a breach of these Terms.

Liability and limitations

The service is provided “as is”, without any warranty of uninterrupted operation. The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep your data safe (including backups) but is not liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to the terms

The operator may change these terms. The current version is posted on this page with the date of the update shown at the top. By continuing to use the service, you accept the version in effect.
